A Series of Landscapes;
Patagonia, California & Iceland
My journey into photography started when I was 13 when my father let me borrow his Nikon SLR. I was hooked from the get go! I used to travel extensively with my family to Europe where my dad and I would capture the landscape. As I got older I continued this love for exploration and photography across the globe.
While I do favour capturing humanity, landscape photography will always have a special place in my heart. The freedom and peace that it gives me feels like a meditation.
I have been lucky enough to visit many places around the world but my favourites have to be Iceland, California and Patagonia. Three very different parts of the world with striking geological similarities. Photographing nature is a meditative experience for me and one where I feel as whole as humanly possible.
